I have a 2006 Mazda 6. One day while it was parked and shut off, it rained hard and my parking lights lit solid and horn stuck on solid. Since it dried out? the problems slowly went away. Now today, with no rain, my left turn signal wont shut off even when the car is off. and the right stays lit solid! Help!

U might have to take off the dashboard to get at it and u might have to check if the wiring is all cut or if it's flesh if not then u might have to bring it in and get it fixed

O7 Mazda Cx-7 Stuck in Park

Possibly crawl under car and dissconnect the shifter and manually move the selector on the trans out of Park Position. Normally the locking feature is in the steering column.. which you can also take apart to release this feature.

I have a 2006 Mazda 6. It got stuck in park and the brake lights and horn went out.

The problem is with the brake lights, there is a solenoid which prevents you taking the vehicle out of park unless you have your foot on the brake, the solenoid is wired into the brake light circuit. Bridge the two wires to the switch and see if the brake lights come on, that eliminates the switch, as the horn has stopped working as well the chances are it is a fuse. To test a fuse, remove it from the box and use a multi meter set on resistance and check for continuity, if they are all ok, you are looking for a wiring fault! You could try using a live fused fly lead from the battery direct to the brake light switch to put the brake lights on, and see if the vehicle will come out of park. Then it's just a matter of finding the wiring break? Try all connectors. Good Luck

I have a 2006 Mazda6 and the anti-theft symbol is stuck on my dashboard.

You have a bad key "dongle". The battery has either gone out in it or your going to have to replace it. Thats really the only solution that I know of. Good Luck!

I have a 1997 Camry, live in Hawaii. No sunroof. It rain very hard for 3 days. The car developed electrical problem with horn and parking lights staying on. Found the carpets damp and the car very musty...

It's possible the water is leaking through the front windshield seal, and making it's way along a wiring harnesses that include connections to the horn and parking lights. If the water gets to the fuse box, located under a panel by the driver's knees (be very careful if it's still wet), more electrical activity. The once wet carpet could become a mold problem. Please take it out and air dry it completely.

Horn Stuck

If it happens, you can just disconnect the fuse for the horn, or relay. It could be the switch underneat the airbag or clockspring.
