Is this bike chinese? if so toss it the chinese have yet to discover customer parts support so new parts can only be found on a new bike. Buy american or at least japanese where they pretend to like us.
jump start motor ,with decent leads not them cheapies from chinese shop then when its running take the negative lead off the battery and if it keeps running change the battery if it stop then renew the alternator
It seems the starter is playing up.First check if your battery is charged fully or try to jump start and see what happens. If the engine start then it's either you need a new battery or else you need a replacement alternator.Test using a voltmeter if the actual altenator is working. Finally the last option is the starter motor that needs changing or fixing...Hope this helps.
