Engine Does Not Crank

Low battery.
Open fuse.
Open ignition switch.
Shorts to ground.
Engine system.
Inoperative starter motor.
Starter interrupt relay (if incorporated).
High resistance in battery feed to starter solenoid B+ or S terminals or ground circuit.

GO to Pinpoint Test B .

Open the hood of the car. Follow the positive battery cable to the first component you come to that has one or two small wire attached to it but also has another battery cable the same size bolted to the other side of the component. That is your starter relay.

WHERE IS THE FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE ON A 1997 LINCOLN TOWN CAR LOCATED--- NOT THE FUEL PUMP RELAY

No driver module shown on the wiring diagram for 89-98 models.
There is an EEC relay that powers the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is grounded by the PCM. The voltage goes from the fuel pump relay thru the inertia switch and on to the pump.

My 1997 lincoln continental will not start, replaced battery still, not even a click?? What should I do??

Had a car just like yours, but mine was a 96. Take a hammer and wap the starter. Sometimes the starter will stick. Mine did. Hope this helps

Where is the starter relay located on a 1994 Lincoln Town car ?

assuming you have the Town Car with the FACTORY alarm system they actually called it the starter interrupt relay for some reason

you'll find it behind the right side of the dash

if you do not have the factory alarm system then there is no relay, just the old school starter solenoid and an ignition switch
