How do you fix a snapped off antenna on a kia soul

@womonsoft7 I'm giddy with childish excitement because this actually worked for me "If you're lucky, you can sometimes just push a screwdriver against the edge of the screw and rotate the screw out that way". After reading this I thought it would be worth a try...It just happened to be loose enough for this to work. My Antenna was broken off by a low clearance garage door, actually thought I smashed in the roof, but it was just the antenna. Easiest fix imaginable.

The antenna was snapped off of my 2008 Honda CR-V, snapping the bolt that is used to screw the antenna to the base. How do you fix this?

If the remainder of the bolt protrudes above the surrounding metal(you'll need about 1mm), you can cut a groove with a hacksaw into the bolt and screw it out with a screwdriver. If this is not possible you can use an "Easy-out" and here is where you start purchasing items.
This entails drilling into the bolt shaft using a drill bit about half the diameter of the bolt shaft itself. The correct size "Easy-out" tool is then screwed into the newly made hole(it screws in counter clockwise) and as the tool grips the inside of the bolt shaft it will unscrew the bolt shaft.
A third alternative would be to drill out the bolt completely and use what is called a heli-coil to repair the hole. I doubt the last will be viable as there is not much metal to work with.
As a last resort you can purchase an aftermarket antenna and install it in a differant place on the car's bodywork.

THE ELECTRIC AERIAL ON MY 2003 VOLVO S40 STICKS IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE MOTOR IS TRYING TO RAISE IT BUT FAILS.

the antenna mast has a nylon cable attached to the end of it which goes into the electric motor that raises it and lowers the mast. This cable has snapped apart causing this problem. A new mast or antenna will be needed to repair this back to working condition

Is there an easy fix to screw in antenna snapped of in mount

You can drill out the snapped-off screw and re-tap the hole. Then just put in a new (and slightly larger) screw. You will probably need a larger screw if you drill it out past the existing threaded hole. If you're lucky, you can sometimes just push a screwdriver against the edge of the screw and rotate the screw out that way until you can grip it with pliers and unscrew it. Then just put in a new screw.

Snapped fixed mast antenna

All you should have to do is unscrew it from the base mount on your car. the antenna itself is all that you should have to replace, not the wire.
