As far as the pulley, If you get a new pump from a national brand auto store, the new pump may not have a pulley, the store will remove the pulley and install on new pump for you. To remove the pump, take belt off. Remove lines from pump, The return line should be low pressure, probably just hose clamp needs to be loosened. The high pressure line is a threaded fitting, have to use wrench to get it loose. If your going to work on your own vehicles, you need a basic set of tools, as far as wrenches and sockets, standard and metric sizes.
Find mounting bolts for pump, take them loose.

Hi there, This may sound like a generic answer but you may need a puller. Autozone will loan them out if you need one. Best thing to do is buy a Haynes or Clinton's repair shop manual at your local AP store for your particular vehicle. Then read up on it in the trouble shooting section or the step by step RR section. You can purchase these at your local Auto Parts store or buy them on line at ebay burdfrenzy

no you have to go thru the holes in the front of the power steering pulley. Usually a ratchet with a deep 13mm socket will do to remove the 2 bolts located at 12 and 6 o'clock then you will be able to move it out of the way
1. Remove serpentine belt
2. loosen power steering pressure and return hoses
3. Remove nut from pressure line mounting on alternator bracket
4. remove power steering pump mounting bolts.
5. Lift pump assembly from engine mounting and remove hoses.
6. Reverse order to install. Fill and bleed system.
NOTE: A new or rebuilt power steering pump will most likely not come with a pulley attached. You will need a power steering pulley remover/installer tool to transfer the pully from the old pump to the new one.
