How to hotwire a Dodge Stratus without keys

You can't. The alarm and more importantly the immobilizer is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do, steal the car without keys. It is all controlled via the ECM, the computer and uses a transponder in the key and The receiver in the steering column talk to the ECM.

Take your registration document down to your local dealership and get 2 keys keys made. Then reset the system.

I have a 2000 dodge stratus that is giving me a head ache. the car will have some issues starting but once its running for a while it doesnt want to turn off. any answers?

I would start at the key cylinder u might have some worn out contact on the electrical just take out the streeing column cover and follow the wires execot the bright yellow wire thats for air bags most of the wires are little bit bigger the small wires are for turn signals etc wipers turn on the key not the starter when everything lights up on the dash then check those wires if they have load on them good luck

Changed the ignition 1999 dodge stratus now it wont fire

Is the key lacking the chip needed for the security system? Could be a short in the Steering column, or one of the relays. Need more info about what you have checked for.

The "arm" for the wipers on the right side of my

yes it does. it is the internal parts that control these functions within the switch itself have worn out. these parts are plastic and over time these parts rub together so much they wear out and start to hang up so you cant control certain functions anymore.

Nothing works on my steering wheel of my 2004 dodge stratus

You probably have a damaged clockspring assembly. You must remove the steering wheel and partially disassemble the steering column to replace it.

2003 Dodge Stratus Hazard Light problem

I had the same issue with a 2002 stratus, the problem was the flasher relay. It's located inside the steering column, inside the multiswitch, and its fairly easy to replace. Two screws under the steering column to remove the top cover, then two hex screws to remove the multiswitch, then you can remove the relay which is green, mine was part# 04606478AD. You won't find this exact relay at the local auto parts store, but you can order from mopar parts online, or check the parts dept. at your local dealer. I called a local dealer, he didn't have it but was able to find one a few miles away, cost was $30.
