Unscrew the four bolts surrounding the cover to the gear shifting knob. (mine actually broke the plastic cover (tab holes) while undoing the bolts.)

Lift up cover... (even partially, don't have to remove from shifter) and behind gear shift is a switch that can become loose! tighten nut on switch to bring it back into position -- e voila!

look in the owners manual for the fuel pump reset switch. The switch trips when a vehicle goes in a ditch or rolls over.
