Do the park lamps work ? Not a fuse problem , the lighting control module (LCM) supply's battery voltage for these light's . You have a wiring problem or lose or corroded ground point . Find the right source of the problem ,don't assume it's a fuse .
license plate bulbs? these run off of the park lights and that fuse is located in engine comprtment there is a box up around master cylinder area on the left fenderwell
the relay is in the battery juntion box near the battery, it is K4, (far right in the middle) check the fuses too. Also check the inertia fuel shut off switch. it may ned to be reset. It is located behind the LH A piller trim plate. (drivers side foot panel) it has a red button to push for reset.
On the passenger side, under the dash, on the right side if you are
looking at the dash. There is another one in the trunk next to battery.
There is a third one under the hood behind the right headlight.
you have to carefully pry the bulb holder out and remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise while pushing in. Replace the new lightbulb the reverse mode.
