SOURCE: blown head gasket
I would change both, as well as use new head bolts. Make sure your heads are not warped or cracked, especially the one that is leaking. There may not be any need to change the head if it is not cracked. These are prone to blowing a gasket especially after 150K miles or so. It will not cost a huge additional amount to change both head gaskets since the engine will have to be disassembled down to the heads anyway. Hope this helps you, Rick
may be oil feed to cylinder head replace gasket

You may also have an oil cooler bad. Oil pressure 10 to 60 and coolant 15psi. Flex in the cooler can keep oil in but after engines off the coolant psi stays for 10 to 15 min slowly seeping into oil. Check it out. Price....i...don't know but could be about $200 to $!000. DIY new oil filter and lube, 10-15 10mm bolts>>$400
SOURCE: crankshaft seal blows out oil leak
The fix is replacement of motor!! I have the same problem and have already paid $700 in repairs to fix seal just to find out that the seal is being knocked out by loose crank shaft..Car had 60000 miles when I bought it 4 months ago, from a dealership, and now it needs a motor replacement..I stiil owe $5000 on a car that is worth $0..Dodge did not give the 100000 mile warranty they love to advertise on TV for the '06 Stratus..They only gave 36000 warranty because they did not think it would last much longer..Will never buy Chrysler product again!! They do not stand behind what they sell or they would have 100000 mile warranty on all their cars..
