Dear Judy,
Just push it down and turn it counterclockwise, the cap should come off.

Watch the video. Also I think any AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts or Jiffy Lube should be able to help you as far as you buying the Power Steering and them putting in for you or show you where and how to pour it into the reservoir.

You need to poke a small extension with a 13mm socket through the holes in the power steering pulley, undo it, and slide it back.

How does the hydro boost fell "funny" - does the brake pedal go to the floor? Do the brakes lock up? engage immediatly? Does the brake light stay on, come on while brakes are applied? Have a diagnostics test done on it at a local auto parts store (usually a free service; stores may vary) and see if any codes show up. If so, the person submitting the test can tell you what the code(s) mean, and what to do to fix the problem.

SOURCE: power steering fluid

I would use just power steering fluid. ATF can be used but has a tendincy to "clean out" and sometimes cleans out seals, causing it to leak.

Where is the power steering pump reserviour for my 2003 Buick Park Avenue Ultra located?

Hi!!
The power steering pump reservoir is always located on top of the steering pump itself. It has a screw cap about two inches diameter with the POWER STEERING FLUID words on it, the cap has a dipstick integrated to check fluid level, DO NOT OVERFILL. Check only when engine is NOT RUNNING. Error code P0440 on a Buick Park Avenue, year 2000

It's an Evaporative Emission Control Malfunction. Sometimes as simple as a new gas cap. If you recently put gas in your car and left it running while doing it, this would give you that code

I cant locate where to put power steering fluid in my 1998 park ave ultra

The power steering pump cap is on the passanger side of the engine and between the engine and back fire wall. It is a very tight fit to get the cap off and back on.
