How can i fix a diagnosis problem for my lincoln 2000 town car,it does no read the ecu?

Fuel pressure should be about 138psi or more. So there is a little animal called a fuel pump regulator that the ECU tells what the engine needs from the fuel pump, my guess is that is the problem, perhaps not the fuel pump. Low fuel pressure, in spite of DIY may be the fuel pressure regulator which if and appears to be bad would give you this low pressure. There should be ECU error codes that identify fuel system problems. Ask your favorite Auto parts store (nicely) to read the codes for you.

you don't have one what is wrong ? no heat? no forceful air coming from the fan? cold air blowing heater functioning? temperature gauge reading very low and as you drive it drops to cold? you must tell me what is wrong and I'll be able to take it from there

Is your trip computer registering mileage and reading out fuel economy correctly? If not, replace the SPEED SENSOR.
If the trip computer appears to be working correctly, replace the SPEEDOMETER HEAD.

Probably a clogged fuel injector. Try some fuel injector cleaner or replace the injectors.Could be a lot of other problems too. Bad O2 sensor, bad fuel pressure regulator. Need to do more diagnosis.

It's under the dash above the steering column. remove sound cover for access.

Check your gas cap. If someplace can test it you might luck out. This website advertises manuals and info online. The evaporator cannister is suppose to purify excess fuel vapors. But a system which is not sealed will code an error lamp.
