You will find the oil and is mixing due the head gasket blown between ports .
This will also occur if the vehicle has been overheating.
you will also need to get the head cleaned and checked to make sure there are no cracks when the head is cracked oil and water will mix the same..

Oil mixing with water is mainly due to head gasket that has blown between ports.

Holden cruse oil in radiator resivour

there are two possible answers i can think of.
1. there could be a corrosion leak or a crack in the block of the engine
meaning oil from the crank case can be introduced into the water jacket.
2. you could have a blown cylinder head gasket. which means that residual oils can fin there way into the cooling systems water.
May i suggest that you check the colour of the oil in your crankcase sump as well. if it is milky then it in turn will have water in the oil, the milkiness is caused by the water emulsifying the oil.
good luck and i hope that helps

2009 HOLDEN CRUISE CODE 79

This is possibly an oil volume or pressure issue. Check your oil levels. If they are OK consider getting the oil sensors checked or changed as faulty ones can trip false codes.

I have a holden cruze with i.4L turbo engine and my other half cooked the engine. so i got it home and checked there is no oil in the water and no water in the oil turns over fine but wont fire?

Hi Hilary This really needs to be taken to a Dealer a scan tool needs to be connected to see if ther are any codes in the system. There could be an engine code which until cleared will stop your car from starting. Now this may have been caused through a fault occuring or because of a fault and it has shut down the engine to stop further damage. It is very important that your car has been serviced regular and the correct engine oil is used I have replace numerous Turbos through oil contamination creating a blockage. Good luck

Holden Viva My car sound like a diesel

Hi Jason sorry but the information you have supplied gives me very little to go on. Has this issue just appeared? (1) check oil level correct if low (2) does the oil run off the dipstick or drip off when removed. If it runs off it may require an oil change. If the kilometers are really high use a thicker grade oil.15/40 fit new oil filter. Check if oil is contaminated, if water oil filler and oil will look creamy. If fuel you will smell petrol in oil. Both these issues require fixing 1st before an oil change. It may be an engine fault if all the above is ok and will require a mechanical repair by a mechanic.

Oil capacity air conditionercompressor 2010 holden cruze

the oil in an ac compressor is in the compressor on installation and does not need replacing or replenishing. The oil travels with the gas and is through out the system
you may get the oil capacity of a new compressor but you will need the compressor make, model and check on line to the compressor manufacturer as Holden will not have that information

Holden rodeo 2007 using oil

It could be one of a number of things. the valve stem seals maybe worn if the car has done a few km's.
worn piston rings casing oil to get into the cylinders and burn with the fuel also caed by high kms'.Does the water in the radiator seem to have an oiley feel if so you may have a blown head gasket it may pressurize the radiator but tthere may also show with the color of the oil in the sump..
