More than likely that is EXACTLY what it is, something has fallen into the Hollow of the Door and you NEED to found out what is it. Since it has started and not a new Car with a NEW Issue, you need to not only discover what is causing it but also what Broke inside the door.. Prolonged not finding out what it is could cause your window to break, the Lock/Handle to be inop and a few other things... Clip not a big deal, Nut or Bolt, moreso

Testimonial: "thanks a lot todd for your answer. Please can you write me with a more simple english. im french, translater fails.... thx"

Take the Door apart, you need to find what broke inside and fix it.

Si vous n'avez pas de d?couvrir ce qui est arriv? ? part, cela pourrait briser la vitre ou de ne pas permettre la porte ? se produire ? l'avenir. D?couvrir ce qui se d?tache est important

Heres another question, On a 1990 Dodge Ramcharger 4x4 is there any way to tighten the original clips on the Leaf Springs...The whole under carriage sounds like its going to fall out from under it....

Probably not the clips, as you call them. More likely the spring bushings, or shocks. Many things can cause this noise, but if the U bolts/clips are broke or missing, you most likely couldn't drive the truck or it would be going down the road side ways.

Well ,2004 tribute there is a noise, all the time and I was told that may be from tires, that is from tire shop, but tires are still about 80% left, and if I change tires and the noise is still there what...

If you have large tire tread then it is probably tire to road noise, this is nothing to worry about. The best way to tell is driving on different road surfaces. the noise will change as the road changes.

2001 Toyota Camry - Removing driver interior door panel

you can take a screw driver and pry it off. Be careful if you have power windows, if it falls right off then it could pull the wires loose. The panels have clips that clip to the door. Therefore, the only way to get the panel off is to pry it off.

When i drive my car on a bad road surface a rattking noise is coming from the front left wheel

Could be a ball joint, could be sway bar bushing. You need to check it out soon, a bad ball joint can cause the wheel to fall off. Typically a bad ball joint will squeek a little when you turn. Sway bar bushings are not so dangerous, they just make annoying noises over bumps.

How to change drivers door latch on vw golf sdi 1999 as drivers door opens when driving

Have you tried using WD-40 to help the lock from sticking you may not need replace it.
However if you feel it's necessary ...you need to remove the inside door panel with the window up remove the two bars that are you inner lock and door handle levers a plastic clip holds them into place on the lock itself .a drop light is very helpful once the levers are disconnected remove the outer screws on the door itself the lock should fall off from the inside at this point ...install new lock and reinstall rods { levers} to the lock itself test before reinstalling door panel then secure when confident it works properly

I need to remove the door panel on my 2004 Avalanche

There are plastic clips that hold the door panel inplace .. First look for any hidden screws near the door handle . there might be a little plastic cover that you need to remove with a small screw driver to find the screws.. look under the handle also to see if there are any hidden screws . next take a flat blade screw driver and start at the bottom corner and try gently prying the door panel off . try to stay close to the plastic clips not to damage them by prying real hard .. once you have snapped them loose all the way around .. lift up on the door panel to remove it from around the window lip and out it should come.. holler if you have any problems.. usually The mirrors on the chevys are up above the panel and there is a triangle plastic cover over it on the inside .. it will pry off also gently and there are 3 nuts there that need to be removed .. use caution these fall behind the door panel ... holler if you need more. Replace Driver's side mirror - Jeep Liberty 2002

The door panel has plastic clips that hold it in place also. Put a thin blade screwdriver between the panel and door. Pry the panel away from the door. The panel will make a loud snapping noise, that is the clip coming out of the retaining hole. Sometimes the clips break.

Drivers power window is off track how hard is it to fix and is there anywhere i can find a diagram before i open it up

As far as I know you can not put the window back on the track.
I had my window lift system break on the passenger side. I had to replace the entire motor and regulator system. It is really simple once you get the door panel off, which is held on by 3 screws - all of which are hidden, one behind the window and door switch.
Anyway, there are 2 plastic clips that connect the window to the lift, they are very fragil and once broken the window will fall down into the door. I was told by 2 different auto shops that you can not get "only the clips", and have to replace the entire system.
Hope this helps.
