check spark with hei spark plug tool at cylinder wire and the coil itself at distributor if no spark check rotor and cap for crack ,defect, bad terminal check for current at coil and distributor
is your car still running on carburetor engine? if yes, have your carburetor cleaned. while cleaning, replace the secondary jet in your carb. the normal primary/secondary jet for a 1.6cc engine is 105/135.
Relay in the fuse box. Coolant tempertant switch aka thermal switch in the water jacket by the t-stat.
I would check the fan first disconnect the electrical connectors on it and use a pair of home made jumper cables and run it from the battery. If it works move unto relay if it doesn't you've found the culprit.
check your fuel filter first ? and have your tech attach a fuel pressure/volumn gage to see if its the pump? you may need to spray starting fluid to see if it starts to eliminate igniton/ computer issues first? the pump only runs for 5 seconds when you turn the key thats normal? good luck autodoc
