go to motorcraft.com, por center, tech inof, owner manual,
go to index, look up fuse/relay locations. Pump realy can be in underhood fuse/realy nox or near fuse panel in van.
There should be a relay in the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel toward the floor. The realy should be round and silver and toward the bottom right of the fuse box.
