if its the steering wheel lock tab--- under steering wheel and pin attached to ignition switch

look under the hood, on the left fender well

Does it have tilt wheel? And have you checked all the bulbs and wiring to the lights?

Usually under dash or under hood.

check fuel pump realy switch, normally located under the hood on drivers side in a black box.

go to motorcraft.com, por center, tech inof, owner manual,
go to index, look up fuse/relay locations. Pump realy can be in underhood fuse/realy nox or near fuse panel in van.

Most likely you have a bulb butnt out put your turn signail on and do a walk around of the vehicle. to find the bulb that needs replaceing.

Or if you have recentley changed out the blinker realy you put the wrong realy in, Different vehicles have different realays

There should be a relay in the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel toward the floor. The realy should be round and silver and toward the bottom right of the fuse box.

sounds like it has a ground problem or a brake in the wire.

fuel pump in the fuel tank note that all ford are equipt with cut of suitch (interuptor) located under dach board in case of colision ,towing, ect.....this electrical devise wil stop the flow of the fuel to prevent car fire
