Wheres the fuel shut off switch located?

There should be a fuse in front of the relay. The fuse could be under the hood near the battery or near the firewall.
Some fuses are under the dash next to driver.
Hope this helps.

No voltage to fuel pump 2002 saburban

vehicles have a safty device that kills the fuel pump in case of a roll-over accident so the fuel will not be poured on to the car and ignite. also, this fuel pump kill switch is used when you are going to remove the fuel pump to de-pressurize the fuel line by cranking the engine while the fuel pump safety switch is off. you can restore the power back to the fuel pump by resetting the fuel pump safety (kill) switch. some are located in the trunk, by the fender well, behind the carpet. some are located inside the kick panel where the front passenger sits. check your motor manuel for that vehicle or ask a parts person at the dealership for the location of the safety switch for the fuel pump.

Where is ecm on 95 gmc jimmy

The ECM on the jimmy, is located on the passenger side fender well by the overflow tank. But before replace the ECM, inspect the fuel pump and fuel pump relay. The ECM sends power to the fuel pump relay and if the relay has gone bad will cause the fuse to blow which will kill the the power to the ECM, in turn kill the electrical power to the ignition system.

Start by removing the fuel pump relay and swap it with another relay and see if the fuse will blow again, if is does. Disconnect the fuel sending unit wire harness at the frame and see if the fuse blows again, if the fuse stays good. Chances are your fuel pump has gone bad or the fuel filter is dirty/clogged causing your fuel pump to draw more amp and will need to be replaced or the wire harness from the frame to the sending unit has a short which is common on older Jimmy's.

Here is a link to the electrical harness throughout the Jimmy.

Yesterday my 99 Malibu stopped working. It would turn on, and after about 5 seconds would sputter out and slowly die. I'm pretty good with machines, but I am kind of inexperienced with cars, so I looked...

Basically I have had this same problem, I own a 2006 Chevy Malibu as I work On it myself to find out rare things about it and managed to solve them quick. Basically If you Turn the key and have someone sit and listen for a buzzing sound underneath the rear bottom seat it means your fuel pump maybe gone, or Fuse, (fuse Box In trunk of Car), Other issue is if you've replaced the fuel pump you have to be careful these new aftermarket fuel pump haven't been working very well with the malibu at all, only the original Delphi Fuel Pump works well, as it is expensive, but A life saver and less time Consuming. I had this issue after I replaced the old fuel pump which work, but not the sending Unit and put A new one and did not work after 2nd replacment. Killed me, But I desided to keep the old one and fixed the sending Unit now the car runs perfect with the sending unit working. Try it..

Fuel pump not getting power checked fuses and relay and fuel pump is relay board bad

Check in the trunk on the drivers side for an opening in the carpet. There can be 2 switches and 1 is for the Air ride and the other is a fuelpump safety switch. The safety switch is called an "Inertia switch" and it has a push button for Reset. Just hold the button down for 3 seconds and it will reset.

Then turn on the Ignition and you should hear the fuelpump run for a few seconds. It should be ready to start. If the Inertia switch was tripped it is made to kill the fuelpump upon impact. Slamming a door or the trucklid can make it kill the fuelpump.

My gas gauge does not work?

If you're fuel gauge stopped working, this would not affect the fuel pump or pump relay. More then likely, the sending unit is at fault. You may check fuses to see if this vehicle has a fuse for the gauge. some do. The fuel pump has a relay under hood and also a 30 amp fuse.Has separate circuits for gauges.I would be looking at the sending unit.
