What is the pin layout for a delphi 39101-4x740 ecu

The ECU fuse should be in the main fuse panel, Located under the hood close to the battery on top of the inner fender. The fuse layout is printed on the lid. What are your symptoms? The ECU very rarely goes bad and is very expensive

Unless you find free info on a web site, you have to
pay for reference material like that

get a vehicle ,so I will be ready when the vehicle acts up

A repair shop may print it for you off ALLData of whatever they have

You don't have a short or the ECU would be smoked

     Remove the battery cover to access the battery terminals. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the pliers.

     Open the glove box door and squeeze the outer part to remove the door. Locate the two screws behind the door to remove the glove box.

     Access the ECU behind the glove box. Remove the electrical connectors by hand; remove the bolts mounting the ECU to the inner dash.
     

   • 4

     Install the new ECU in the same position. Replace the bolts and reconnect the electrical connectors.
     

   • 5

     Replace the glove box and the glove box door. Reconnect your battery.

Sorry i cannot help try buying a haynes manual is the best bet but remember that ECU pins and layout is closely guarded secret for dealers only

first the cam sensor shouldn't be upside down from the 95. they both should be with the plug facing down. they 95 CAS has a different plug than the 99 CAS.
the 95 has round pins and the 99 has flat pins.

besides that it could be the ecu. i also have heard of the locating pin on the intake cam shearing off, allowing the gear to turn with the timing belt without the actual camshaft spinning.

pin 86 and pin 30 at the relay should have power then your right about ground supplied from the ecu and the other goes to the starter solenoid check for battery voltage on those 2 pins 86 and 30 one fuse is under the hood and the other is under the dash.
