Where is boot on a 1987 alfa spider - GTV6 Alfa Romeo Cars & Trucks

I got the diagrams for my 1987 Spider and they are excellent.

sounds like the syncro- gears are worn, as age of vehicle and these are the gears most used , as all else seems fine , gearbox repair needed

check the clutch pressure plate and throwout bearing sounds like they need to be replaced high and low spots in pressure plate is causing the bucking

The heater light is not a warning light. It simply means that the fan is turned on. Turn off the fan and the light will go off

Maybe the switch itself is bad/shorted?

try changing the flywheel sensors. My 86 had exact the same problem, i changed the spark plugs, wires, distributor and finally the good o alfa mechanic found the issue. good luck
