It's brushes are probably and you need to replace the blower motor. It might be a good idea to inspect the wire harness plugging into the motor to see if it's burnt.
so, either the resistor pack or the blower is broken... if it does not go on full speed (no resistor used) expect the blower... take it out and connect to 12V to test or measure resistance, must be low, < 1 ohm..
Sounds like it's the blower motor resistor. Most likely this is the problem in most cases but the control could be bad but doubt it. I hope this helps and good luck.
If it blows thru other vents, your air ducts may have come loose. If you don't get any cool air, your coolant is low (it evaporates during the time and below some point it will not circulate anymore). Also the aircon blower can be faulty.
