As long as the voltage is correct, the motor will only draw what power (amps) it needs, regardless if the battery is a 500 amp or 710 amp battery. It will be fine. Greater amps will allow the motor to run longer.
how much are they talking? I have hears of a lock actuator ( door locker .lol. ) I dont know they have one on me. Tell them to show it to you in the manual or parts book and where it goes.
