When cranking the car wipers come on by themself then I have to turn them on ond back off to get them off

disconnect battery first, then with the key in the ignition, using a paper clip or something the same size put it in tiny hole on bottom of switch pushing up and turn key counter clockwise should allow the ignition lock cylinder to come out.

You need to replace the crank arm that is attached to the wiper motor. Then bend the tab back up on the wiper motor bracket that got bent when the crank arm went bad. The crank arm catches the tab when you shut the wipers off so they back up and go down to the park position.

are you sure its the alarm? and do you have the red key for the car? hondas have a immobilizer and they quite often lose the code by themselfs hence you need the red key to reprogram it. If you dont have it then it may be quite expensive.

If you have the key to disable the alarm I would try that first, small key on the side of the alarm box turn to off and try it again.

are all the doors shut, if so could be a bad sensor on one of the doors.

check the wiper switch

Usualy a faulty headlamp switch assembly

You need to replace the wiper crank arm that is bolted to the wiper motor. Then you need to bend the tab back up that got bent on the wiper motor bracket that the old crank arm bent. The crank arm has to hit this metal tab so the wipers will park down below the window istead of up.

there are 2 places for fuses one in the engine compartment and the other is under the dash they are included with radio/ horn/ the problem also could be check the wiper arms take the cover off the bottom unloosen the bolt put the wiper back in position and tighten back up/ Please rate my response thank you very much

Take the cap covers off where the bottom of the wiper is. Lossen both bolts and adjust freely to where you want it then tighnen them up.
