Check to see if the radiator fans are turning on. If not check fuses, then connectors, and the fans themselves. If they all work as they should check the engine coolant temp sensor. There are 2, one for the temp gauge on the dash and one for the ECU. Check the one for the ECU (if you've gotten this far).

I would check the easy things first. Check the relay and the fuse. If both are good, you may have a loose connection or a broken connection.

Having a problem with my 1994 eagle talon. no

shake at idle means u have a cylinder misfire or low commpression, here are causes of misfires most commonly seen.

The most common misfire causes on the cars I've worked on have been:
  1. Spark plugs
  2. Spark plug wires
  3. Ignition coil
  4. Fuel injector
  5. Wiring to fuel injector
  6. Timing Belt
  7. Vacuum leak or stuck open EGR
  8. Contaminated fuel or bad fuel pump
  9. Weak compression
  10. Blown head gasket

This sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere. I would test the vacuum pressures, and the brake fluid.
