If it has a check engine light then there are fault codes, have them checked with a better scanner, the one you used may have the wrong protocol or is defective. You may need a shop or Ford dealer to look into this and read the fault codes.

Probably looking at a visit to the local Ford dealer.

I have the same car. If you are serious about getting the code number for the car you need to visit ford dealer: & get a/the code number, then get the code activated in the car, and pay a serious $$.

I do not use the feature due to the cost the activate it.

You need to check for codes,read your owners manual

A shop uses the codes to diagnose & component
test the issues

You may need a mechanic for this one.
The first three codes are for coil problems on cylinders 1-2-4.
Code 316 is for a cylinder miss on startup which would follow along with the other codes.
Someone would need to test the coils and the circuits that power them.
It is unlikely all three have failed, but rather something with the computer or the crank or cam sensors.

Try to see if it lights up, maybe it is asking for a activation code. Otherwise check if the fuse behind the radio is ok.
