Remove the spark plugs and shoot compressed air into each cylinder. If air escapes through either the intake or exhaust, the valves are bent. Remove the head and inspect.
Note: This problem is more common than you may think and the valves are almost always trashed.
I'd check #1 spark plug.
Usually a misfire code "fix" is a spark plug, spark plug wire, or a coil pack / distributor.
Keeping it simple...I'd go with the spark plug first and then look at the condition of the wires.
Looks like that you have a bad PCM (powertrain control module). The PCM is like a car's brain that when it's faulty something will surely fail. If you happen to know someone who has a spare pcm then you may want to give a try swapping.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
The cylinder order is 1,2,3 (rear row, left-to-right) and then 4,5,6 (front row, left-to-right).
When replacing spark plug wires or plugs, it's very helpful to do one at a time to avoid connecting them incorrectly.
Hope this helps,
Sherwin
