2004 dodge stratus. Won't turn over. Radio won't work. Battery fine. Steering wheel won't lock either.

are they Burned or copied CD's? CDR, CDRW? cause if they are some radios will not read them and give error messages. if not try using a lazer lens cleaner CD, they sell them at most music stores, you may have lint or dust on the CD lens with summer weather, and pollen in the air and dust, CD player lenses take a beating, so get a WET lazer lens CD cleaner, and that should help fix the problem

Your anti-theft has probably kicked in. In the the glove box you should find a small decal with a multi-digit number. This would be your unlock code.
