How do you fix the timing on an 99' firebird v6?

I would like to know how to fix the timing on my 1999 Pontaic Firebird. It idles rough, particuly when it is stoped at a light on sign ect. I understand that my car is distributerless, so it doesn't have an adjustment as far as I know. It is some sort of sensor I think I just dont know what it is called.

Timing can not be adjusted on a 1999 firebird since it has a cops system in it and is distributorless. This means that your computer in the car adjusts all the timing automatically. If you notice on your crank shaft there will not be a timing line or timing numbers on your block.

99 pont rear bearings replace v6 firebird

My best advise to you would be go to your local autozone or online and purchase the manual for your vehicle. I will not specify which brand as not to solicit on the site, but they do have one specific that will tell you exactly how to take out the bearing and replace with pictures. good luck!!
