No need to send for repair. You are looking for objects on the outside of the radiator that are obstructing air flow.

Mercedes class 200 cdi. when i start the car the glow plug lights stays on for couple of mins then goes of?????

This is normal, the glow plugs are building heat in the cylinders to help ignite the diesel. They should cycle off and on until the engine warms up.

Problem with SRS light comes on sometimes

Scan the computer with a STAR Diagnostics system, any Euro mechanic should be able to do it for you.

Temperature showing -38c will be the ambient temp sensor. Only a couple of dollars normally and normally installs in the front bumper somewhere, easy to do it yourself.
