What about the maintenance of the car spark plug, wire,fuel filter, air filter , clean trottle body, then also try to idle engine and hit the MAF lightly if engine stall or run rough then the MAF is defect

check for lose wire connection off wires on solinoid and battery solinoid is connected on stater motor normally on the side off engine at the back off engine
I would check the ignition switch, these are prone to key and barrel wear, Sounds silly but if you have another key try that as a newer,less worn profile key can sometimes help with a solution

Hmm, sounds like starter. Next time it will not start, don't hold the key for almost a minute. Try turning the key several times if no luck, grabb a hammer and LIGHTLY tap on starter. If it turns over normally then, starter is going out.
