I have fire everywhere, but my key switch on my 2012. Kawasaki mule 4010.

If you have battery positive (12V) or there is 3 to 9 volts at test points where it should be near zero volts, then the battery negative bond (ground wire) is suspect.

I have a 2018 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT Ranch edition. Everytime I turn the key on now it blows my 20amp

If your 2018 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT Ranch Edition is blowing the 20amp fuse every time you turn the key on, it's likely that there is an electrical problem with your vehicle. Here are some possible causes and troubleshooting steps you can take to try and fix the issue:
  1. Check for any damaged wiring: Visually inspect the wiring for any damage, such as frayed wires or loose connections. Any damaged wiring should be repaired or replaced before continuing.
  2. Check for any loose or corroded connections: Make sure that all of the connections are clean and tight. Check for any corroded terminals and clean them if needed.
  3. Check for a short circuit: A short circuit can cause a fuse to blow. Use a multimeter to check for continuity in the wiring. If a short circuit is found, it should be repaired before continuing.
  4. Check the starter: The starter can also cause a fuse to blow. Test the starter with a multimeter and make sure it's working properly.
  5. Check the alternator: The alternator can also cause a fuse to blow. Test the alternator with a multimeter and make sure it's working properly.
  6. Check the battery: The battery can also cause a fuse to blow. Check the battery voltage with a multimeter and make sure it's charged.
If you're unable to locate the problem or if the problem persists, it's best to take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic to diagnose and repair the issue.
It's important to note that the above steps is a general guide, and specific instructions may vary depending on the year, make, and model of your vehicle.

Have 2005 mule 610 runs fine but sometimes starts bogging down like out of fuel you can pump carb and in a minute will run good for a few minutes everything to do with fuel is new

whats everything -- also check fuel pressure new doesnt mean free from defects this link and quite a few 610 owners have been complaining about same problem for years but go through test and check the basics first--plugs -wires-filters-oil level --wiring --carb settings --battery https://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/topic/14998-2005-kawasaki-mule-610-sputters-going-uphill/ also this link has service manual download https://www.utvboard.com/files/category/11-kawasaki/ https://www.utvboard.com/files/category/11-kawasaki/

My 2014 4010 Mule bogs down under a load such as going up a small incline. It is fuel injected and I have put in new plugs when I recently changed the oil. What do I need to check out?

Assuming all else is ok, the problem could be a weak spark, insufficient fuel delivery or a bad injector spray pattern.

Under load the atmosphere inside the cylinder is very dense and a much higher voltage is needed to produce a spark - that is why when testing the spark we need to look for a fat blue spark that will jump a much larger gap than that of the spark plug.

If the spark is ok it would probably be better to hand over the fuel system checking to a specialist, though with the aid of a repair manual you would undoubtedly be able to perform some of the work.

Kawasaki Mule Coolant Overflowing

I would be having a compression test done to confirm that there is no head gasket or cracked head problems as what you describe can only be coming from excess pressure in the coolant system from compression pressure.
