Sounds like a major fuse blown. Any wiring disconnected or stripped near the pump ? Have you checked the major fuses around the battery and underhood fuse box ?
remove rear seat then remove cover in the trunk, you will see a cover remove thatcover and remove 8 bolts holding fuelpump in tank, also dissconnect connector to fuelpump with bolts removed the pump pulls right out.hope this helps.
in 1990 LS400, the amp is only for the sub, its located between the fuel tank and trunk liner. you can reach it by removing the trunk liner which cover the fuel tank right behind the rear seat. hope this helps
you will need to check the grind on rear window to see if it is getting voltage to it. you can use a test light to check it by touching each line on the glass.
THREW THE TRUNK RIGHT UNDER WHERE THE LIGHT IS MOUNTED THERE SHOULD BE 2 WIRES GRAB AND TURN THE PLUG AT THE END OF THE WIRE THE PLUG WITH THE BULB SHOULD POP OUT
remove felt liner from rear of trunk, (liner directly behind rear lights in side trunk) should be 4 plastic Phillips head screws. Loosing screws, then slowly peel liner away. You will see 3 nuts on each side, removing these nuts will loosing the rear light lenses, so you can pull the lense away from the body from the out side to gain access to the license plate bulbs. Re-install in reverse order. While in there I would recommend replacing your brake light and reverse light bulb. Hey your already in there might as well do a little preventive maintance.
