process of elimination here disconnect one thing at a time till drain stops also disconnect the battery as it wouldnt be the first time i have had a battery with a internal short in the plates in a cell
sounds like the starting motor is sticking in the engage position after the car has started this is a common fault.The only fix is a replacement of the starting motor.
The cylinder head gaskit is on it's way out! had this before! caused by water leeking into the cylider(s) and making the compresion come right up ! remember air /fuel mixture is compressable water is NOT!
Sounds possibly like a damaged valve or follower. Closer inspection of camshaft and followers is required, if nothing obvious then possibly cylinder head removal for thorough investigation.
judering sounds like brakes ,but iam no doubt wrong it could be a valve allowing air into manifold not working ,loss of power is no doubt caused by the same component,best advice apart from burning it and giving the agincourt salute is take it too dealers as most renaults use a lot of software based programs ,some are readable and some are not ,new ones use encrypted software ,mechanics nightmare these cars ,another pos is the valve control on the throttle ,,,but it would be cheaper in the long run to use the dealer
