FUEL PUMP BUZZING

the plug into the pump cud be corroded--pull and clean--chec fuses--pump may need replacin--must hav about 35psi--

if your filter has not been changed in a while and the quality of your fuel in your state is not that good I'll advice a fuel pump replacement , and before you do that if you have access to the pressure tester ,test if pressure is optimum.

remove rear seat, it's just clipped in. remove fuel pump acces cover gasket, pull out fuel pump assembly. Hold off smoking till later. order online new pump for a third of the price. reinstall. bingo...done.

put your ear to the gas tank then have someone turn the key on (not start) if you hear buzzing coming from it it's good if not it's bad.

I suppose you fuel pump died.

Anyway the other reasons may be: Bad gazoline or any secrets in your car which block fuel pump from thefts.

ok sensor I is located at the right of the top side oil filter, and sensor II is located to the very front right corner of the engine, they should just turn out like a bolt, diconnect the wires first of course and then tunr them out and replace then, make sure to put anti seize on the threads when installing new ones, reconnect wires and test again.

THey are usually in the trunk under a plastic cover.

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank while the filter is located in the hood close to the panel.

You are going to have to remove the fuel pump and disconnect the wire harness. Check for voltage at the plug. Not sure of the excact location.

This relay will be in the Power Distribution Center under the hood in the engine bay. Thanks for using fixya!
