Most likely the pump (motor) is gone and needs replacement. However, it is worth checking that fuse allocated to windscreen washer is intact. Furthermore, you may also need to check the wiring for flow of current at lever end (handle on the steering wheel) and wires connecting to pump on the water reservoir.
the motor is at the bottom of the bottle there should be a couple of screws that you will have to remove and it should then be able to pull it out to replace to motor/
