You will need to remove the head unit and send it out for repair.

what model is it if 05 onward then the middle selector is point to upward.

your contorl module is malfuntioning or the key fob needs reprogrammed by the dealer..

direct short take to specialist

Most likely the pump (motor) is gone and needs replacement. However, it is worth checking that fuse allocated to windscreen washer is intact. Furthermore, you may also need to check the wiring for flow of current at lever end (handle on the steering wheel) and wires connecting to pump on the water reservoir.

Take out the left front wheel and the wheel cover then you can see washer pump!

The windscreen washer pump is in the washer-fluid tank.

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

the motor is at the bottom of the bottle there should be a couple of screws that you will have to remove and it should then be able to pull it out to replace to motor/

If it is the same as some other Chevrolets they have 2 pumps attached to the side of the washer bottle. 1 for rear and 1 for front windscreen
