I can feel heat, its just not blowing out. How can i fix this?
You would need to know if the blower motor is running. If it is not, you would need to know if it is getting power and ground.
If it is running, it could be a blend door problem under the dash.
The motor is NOT running.. So..how DO I find out if it is getting power and ground?
You would unplug the blower motor and check the plug with a meter or a test light.
and i would do THAT by.......
Im trying to tell u that i am a GIRL who knows only a little about my car. I change the oil myself. Thats the extent of it.
I understand you are a girl. I'm telling you what has to be checked by someone, either by you or a mechanic. If you don't have experience working on cars you may need a shop manual with the procedures or a mechanic.

THe blower motor is under the dash. You will have to take out the glovebox and half of the dash to get up in there, but if you have the time and the energy you can fix yourself. Will have to disconnect heater core hoses under the hood

it is in the tank, you will have to drop the tank to get to it. No other way around it.

It should be near the compressor on the low side line. It is a huge pain to get to. Feel along the line, and you should come to the fitting.

Check the fuse, the relay and blower switch, thinking the fuse may be under the hood by the battery since it's a high amp system to run the blower. If everything is electrically sound, you may have a bad blower motor. If you go to Auto Zone, they should have the blower for much less then the dealer and they will have the step by step instructions to replacing the blower motor with common tools. Good luck and hope this helps.Keep me posted, be glad to help.

hi the blower motor is under the right side of the dash
remove the hush pannel
you don't have to remove the blower motor but it does give you more room
disconnect the wiring to the resistor there are two 5.5mm bolts that hold the resistor in
remove the bolts and slide the resistor out
install the new resistor and reassemble
hope this helps
