Battery is dead need to charge it but can't because it's in the trunk they don't have keys on them
You could also try to bridge a 12v power supply into the system by using the cigarette lighter socket and then attempt to open the trunk with the remote. It only needs enough current to power the central lock solenoid to the tail gate. Worth a try...
If it is like my Holden omega which has the battery in the boot there will be a jumper post in the engine bay that you jump to a car like when jump starting cars .
Or put a charged car battery jumpered to jumper posts with a jumper cable .

If any of the doors are unlocked and at least one fold down rear passenger seat is unlocked you can get into the trunk by folding the seat down then you can pull on the green glowing lever if you lock yourself in the trunk to get out..

I suggest calling a locksmith to come out, and open the car. Then call your road service, and tell them you need a battery. IF, they offer to charge it, the battery cables Must be removed, or it can damage the computer!
