Turn the wheel so that the wheel well you're accessing is pointed in. Then carefully unscrew the clips that hold the front side of the inner
fender liner on. You don't need to remove them all. Bend the liner back
and you'll see the back of the bulb. (it may be wires that are visible, or it may have a cap depending on the model) All you need to do is twist the cap to get to the bulb, or twist the bulb and it will come out

If it's oem xenon than it should be 2 lamps. Because they had only xenon on the low beam (d2r type), however begin with changing the high beam. That one is inexpensive, so you could check if there are no other problems (like wiring).
Just open your hood and it should be clear how to open the cover for your high beam.
