You either have a bad relay, bad temp sensor, or bad PCM. I would start with the relay as these give the most problems.

Is there green corosion on the tip of the wire ? Chances are the answer is yes. You will have to detach the fuse panel/box and run a new wire and connector to the fuse panel. Splice into the wire you can see, but make sur you cut enough of the wire off to get rid of the corrosion.Hope this helps.

it could be your starter or ignition switch.
to check it you need a test light and another person
connect the test light to a good ground
touch the test light to a big terminal on the starter it should have power
touch the smaller terminal and have the other person starts the engine
you should have power while the engine being started, if not then the problem is in the switch. if you have power then starter is bad

This is related to GM's VATS security system. It treats sudden loss of power as an attempt to steal the car. To reset the system, do the following: courtesy of ***** Master ASE Technician
Repeat this process 2 more times. At the conclusion, your security light should be out and you should be able to start the car.
