Ignition switch on its way out, as a golf owner im sure awre theyre common, also possible ignition relay, though i reckon ignition switch it has two outputs and they fail intermittanly, eventualy they will stop all tgether, new swith bout £20 though fitting means removal of steering wheel and a puller is required to remove the housing.
Good luck Davelee

I have a 2003 Ford ranger and the windshield wiper won't come on I have replaced switch, wiper motor, fuse and relay so my only option I think is to get REM tested but I don't know where to get tested...

Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere?
wipers-undefined-undefined-0.jpg F2 16--30 amp fuse at the top, did you check that fuse for voltage? Use a test light or something, key on. Is it hot? If so, pull the run park relay, use jumper wire between cavities 3 and 5, switch side of relay, right side in diagram. The wiper should work on lo speed, depending on the problem. You should have done voltage and ground testing before replacing anything. You may be way ahead of me as far as testing? The relay has two sides, the switch side and control side, the control side needs voltage and ground to energize. The gem module ground relays based on input from wiper switch. good luck

2000 ranger wipers dont work

Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter to test automotive electrical circuit's ? Do you know anything about automotive electrical ? Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model and engine size . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on wiper/washer . Click the search button then the blue link . Looking at the diagram I see the wipers are controlled by an electronic module (GEM) . The switch is an input to the GEM which controls relays to turn on the wipers . Blower not working

To determine the cause of a blower fan failure, isolate the motor, and perform some basic electrical tests.Check fuses first. Fuse failure often causes component failure. Check for power at the motor itself. Test the connection to the blower motor. Test the switch.-------------------------------------------------------------------
