I dont have a owners manual to see what o/d off signifies
It means Overdrive OFF, you are limited to speeds 1 to 3 (instead of 1 to 4). There is a button to press on the gear lever to put it back ON (where it should stay except for hills/towing at low speed).

that looks like the brake indicator. could be low fluid, parking brake is on, pressure differential valve, or a problem with the abs.
