No heating in my ford focus car .

The heater dial lights are off even when the side lights are on. when it did work it only came on when the dial was in position 3 or 4, now that it has stopped totaly, I noticed the lights around the position dial are starting to fade out as well. so soon my lights to the dials will all soon be gone. I replaced the heater and the same thing happened, and it was not a faulty one.

Did you replace the fan the blows the air into the car or just the heater? It could simply be a blown fuse.

I have a 2005 mark 2 ford focus and the backlight on the heater doesn't work.

probably just the light itself has burned out the light should be cheap under 10.00 but there are might be a few panels you have to take off to get to it, and will probably break a few plastic hangers as well but those are pretty cheap as well. I do recommend buying a decent interior panel pliers. they make things so much easier.

My 2001 Ford Focus' heater/air dial has stopped working. The heater will only turn on "4" and the air conditioner will not come on. What is the problem?

Sounds like a burned resistor for your fan speed. 2- 8mm screws removes resistor check to insure coils are not broke.

My Ford Focus station wagon. When I have the heat

your damper doors are not closing in the box itself properly and also you need to check the flow rate trhough the heater core its highly possible the heater core is possibly clogged with dirt and debrise' sometimes you can just reverse the ehater hoses and drive the vehicle for a few hours or even days and that bach flushes the dirt out of the core then you will need to drian your radiator and refill with clean antifreeze

Dials not working on ford focus

re-charge the battery to full then disconnect it then take the face cover off of the dials then fildle with the dials and make sure its not bent and see if it moves by your hand pushin it over if it does then just pull the pointer on the dial away from the dial itself then put the face cover back on the dials and they should work if not go to this page and consider buying it!!!!
