There should be a switch right on the master window switch that may be "on" to prevent anyone but the driver to operate windows. is this car a convertable? is the switch between the seats in center console? do you have an owners manual? it may have it in there. i will try to find more info. for you if there is no "lock out".

My electric Windows dont work on my Saab 900

Hi
If its both front windows its prob a supply fault so check fusebox. If its an individual unit, could be switch, power supply or motor...even loom breakage between post and door.
I would get it scanned with diagnostic equipment first to pinpoint the area then look from there.
Dont just start changing parts, you will cause more confusion.
cheers

I was rolling down a window when all of a sudden the follow 4 things STOPPED WORKING and haven't worked since: - All power windows - Heater blower - Horn - Wipers All of the relays I've found seem in tact...

Is the car a convertible? If so the window controls operate through the convertible top computer.
By ignition switch module are you talking about the part under the lock cylinder? They do fail a lot.
What do you mean by the relays are intact? Have you checked for power at each fuse with the key on?

Electric windows stopped oporating

Windows on your car are controlled by the convertible top computer. You will have to have someone check the car with the factory tool. The computer is in the trunk on the left side.

Brake lights on saab 900 2.3 95 model year

If there is no brake lite switch on the arm of the brake pedal then look to see if there are two wires hanging down with a plug on them, as perhaps the previous owner removed the brake lite switch with the intentions of replacing it and just never got around to it.
