It sounds like the the linkage, actuator (power locks), or the mechanism has broken or become dislodged.
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull back the weather seal and you should see everything and hopefully see the cause.

The trick is to remove the cap on the brake fluid reservoir on the firewall under the hood before squeezing the caliper. Be sure to replace the cap before attempting to press the brake pedal.

To expand on rickb63, the tones are indicating that the remote start cannot be activated. The usual culprit in this situation is the hood latch. There is an electric switch that tells the car that the hood is closed. If the hood is opened during the remote start sequence, the vehicle will stop. Likewise, a malfunctioning switch will prevent the remote start from engaging.

piston will not go back in with a C clamp. They make a reset tool but a pair of pliers will work just fine. Place the pliers in the two v shaped slots and turn clockwise. This will turn the piston back in.

I will not laugh, this happens alot. There is small face plate around the radio and a/c panel with a small pick pull the panel out which will expose the screws that secure the radio. remember if you disconnect the power from the radio you will have to go to a GM dealer to have the radio reset so it will work
