How much drain? All vehicles have some drain for the 'keep alive' function. If you are sure that all fuses (cabin And underhood) are ok. One common problem to look at is the plug connection on the firewall. Unplug it and check for water/corrosion on the male and female connectors in the plug. If all ok, time for more comprehensive diag. Instrument displays are controlled through a module. Power windows are completely separate circuit. v This time of year, I would be checking all harnesses for critter damage. Hope this points you in a direction. Have to start with the basics.
if it is not in the fuse panel under dash by left knee it will be in engine compartment in fuse case there. it should be in fuse panel under dash pull cover off of panel it should be listed on inside of this cover where the location for mirror fuse is
Check to see if the mirrors share a fuse with another circuit, if fuse is good, check for 12v at the mirror, if no voltage check for 12v going to the power mirror switch. If no voltage check for 12v at the ignition circuit that feeds 12v to the power mirrors.
Passenger compartment fuse panel
The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by
the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.
To remove a fuse use the fuse puller tool provided on the fuse panel
cover.
The power windows are controlled by the Generic Electronic Module, also the wipers and interior lights go through this module, the problem is most likely the module itself, the module is behind the radio, but check the fuses , fuse #1 7.5A Power Mirror Switch, fuse #26 10A, power window relay, in the underhood box check the following: Fuse #4 20A** Power Windows
