Had a code come up as a bad Map sensor, replaced that, but code is still coming up. The truck at stoplights or first or second gear is chugging and flashes "Reduced Power" across the dash. It also stalls out some times. A few years back I had a nozzle on the fuel pump that was leaking and had that repaired by putting a new gas line and clamp on it. Could this have anything to do with the problem?

Have you erased the error code in the CPU of your car? also sometime it can be the the control valve in the injector. I would get the car diagnosticsdone properly and than see how it goes.

92 Ford Explorer XLT runs good for 15 minutes, then suddenly starts 'chugging,' loses power, and check engine light comes on.

Have the fault codes read again and get the code numbers so that we can identify if possible the causes for your problem. IN most codes recorded there are a list of possible causes for example if he said possible crank position sensor=== there is also the cam position sensor --wiring --ECM--HO2S sensor --MAF/MAP/VAF sensors that come into the equation

1995 z24 2.3 cavalier won't idle when MAP sensor is plugged in

I usually want to check sensor wiring circuits before replacing anything. As you can see, the map sensor shares ref voltage and ground with others. Orange wire with black tracer is signal return. The gray wire should be ref voltage 5 volts. The signal wire should be lite green. Vacuum for the map sensor is also important. What was actual trouble code was it two digit code or five?

98 Jeep GC 4.0 Rough running when at stoplight/in slow traffic

Hello, you have a vacuum leak in the closed loop section of your emission's system or theO2 sensor is bad.
First check the EGR valve for sticking and loose or broken hoses. Let me know what you find. Good luck.

96 cavalier 2.4 starts runs great -chokes

Check the crankshaft position sensor. If the plug is loose or the sensor itself is bad it will cause similar problems

Ser.eng.soon flashes code 34 MAP sensor

A code 34 calls attention to the MAF sensor, not a MAP sensor. Try changing that out, first. You might also be having problems with your ignition control module.
