Check the vacuum lines you should find schematics at autozone.com if notbreak down and spend 20.00 on a chilton manual good to have anyway.I prefer chilton over haynes better wiring and vacuum diagrams.they also have troubleshooting sections.one repair and it pays for itself.
I would suspect either the fan motor or the switch. But you should also check to make sure the fuse has not blown.
