Windows 7 has a native driver build in. Just plugin the adaptor into the USB port and windows should be able to find a driver for the adaptor.

put wirless driver into port 1 then access the usb icon in taskbar this should then prompt you to down load correct driver for usb router hope that helps pal it worked for me

My suggestion can apply to most any service that requires a login. Clean up the cookies, and the browser cache. Sometimes a corrupt cookie or corrupt cache file can cause some problems. It is also very important that the browser security and privacy is set to allow cookies, history, and web caching. If you are using Windows 64 bit, and you are using IE 64 bit, there can be issues when signing on to some sites. Try using IE 32 bit if this is the case, and providing the suggestions above have been looked in to. Jerry G.

Start -> RunType in services.mscClick the OK button, which will bring up the following dialogue.You may want to maximise the screen. Scroll down to Wireless Zero Configuration and select it.You now have the option to Start the service.You also need to change the Startup Type from Manual to Automatic.Action -> Properties->Click OK.

Depends what machine you are pinging! It could be normal depending on your reception to your router or a site on the other side of the world. Connected directly to a router by wire should be less than 10ms.

The driver can be found in the link below. Download it, run it, and you should be fine. There are some other things there too like some software and a user manual.

To trace the problem, I would first temporarily turn off security on the ZyAir B-3000 and see if you can connect with the iPad and the HP.

To do this login to the ZyAir. If you still have it set to factory settings you would login by clicking here: http://192.168.1.2 then type the password which is 1234. The find the wireless security screen and turn off WEP security. By the way, If you still have factory password, I would change that soon.

After turning off all security, try and connect from the two systems that cannot connect. If you can then the problem most likely has something to do with wireless security. Now with the security still off try and connect with the other 2. If all 4 can connect without security turned on it is probably a wireless security issue. You could try changing from WEP to WPA security and see if all 4 can connect. You do not want to run your wireless router without security so make sure you turn the security back on..

I say most likely it is security, because maybe there are some settings that might be blocking the iPad and HP from connecting. Maybe the router is set to only allow two connections, or is set to allow specifc MAC addresses of the two older computers. Look around the configuration firmware in the ZyAir and see if there are any settings that would limit how many can connect wirelessly, or limit specific systems to specific MAC addresses.

After spending too much time on this and it still doesn't work, then you might consider doing a factory reset. Beware that a factory reset will wipe out all the configuration on the ZyAir and you will have to reconfigure. Instructions to factory reset are in the users manual link above, but basically you hold the side RESET button for 10 seconds, it will restart and you don't touch it till it is done resetting. If you do decide to do the factory reset, then right after resetting and before setting up security on the ZyAir I would try and connect all 4 systems at once. If that works then configure the ZyAir with security.

On the Zyxel ZYAIR G-1000, the reset button is the small hole between the LAN socket and the power plug socket. Simply press this button for 10 seconds, until the link LED turns red. This will reset the unit to factory default settings.

and download the drivers. In the right side of this webpage you can choose what kind of hardware you have (in your case Product/ wifi). There are two versions for your wifi

-Download and install. You can save the driver in case you want to use your wireless card with a different computer

Have exactly the same problem. Is it problem of current drivers? Or any other solution beside waiting for next version?
