I was able to recover from this issue by power cycling the unit (unplug the PC1 that is supplying the power)Hope that helps

Try unplugging the power from the kvm is powered, if not turn off both computers and unplug all connections for 30 seconds and then connect it all back and turn on both computers.

Since you have not specified the model of your router I will assume it's ZWA2116.

First try to hard reset the router. there is a button on the back of it.

If your router is hooked to a modem you might need to call your provider and have them reset the mac address on the modem.

There is no way to recover the password unless you reset it to factory defaults. This would mean losing your current configuration. I would try to guess everything you can possibly think of. If you still can't figure it out you need to reset to factory settings. To reset factory settings there is a button on the back of the router that says reset. Hold this down for 30 seconds and everything should be reset.

Hello aclark447, I believe that the default IP address is "192.168.1.1", however if for some reason that doesn't work try running your command prompt (Windows key + r, type in cmd), and typing in IPCONFIG. If you are connected to it, it should be the default gateway. The default username and password for your device is user:guest - pw:guest.
