How do i move apps to sd card
not all apps can be transferred to sd card. some built in apps are not transferable to sd card. If sd card has no light then that apps cannot be transferred to sd card.
How do i hard reset?
Menu/Settings/User and Backup/Backup and reset. This will allow you the option to do a factory restore. Otherwise you can try to press and hold the power button down until the device turns off and let it sit for 30 seconds. Might be better to ask how to do what you are trying to accomplish with the hard reset.
None of my apps will turn on and it keeps saying all apps are closed
you might have transfered it to lacal sd card which are transfered to some other location
from file manager look wether all files are there only where it was prior(since app follow the same pathway to load app)
try to relocate it on prior position
or else you have to reinstall them
remember alway keep your backups
