Go to settings then Wifi if it is not turned on turn it on it should bring up the available networks select your network name it will ask for your password enter your network password and choose connect if it does not. Connect reset your router by unplugging it for 10 sec plug it back in and. Repeat the steps above. If that does not work call your service provider and tell them you need to reset your network password. After resetting your password follow the steps listed to connect to your network.

If this happened all of a sudden, it may have gotten a power surge. It may also be the battery that has failed. Will it turn on when you have it plugged in? If it won't there is a problem with the unit itself and not the battery.

Have you Try to update it, also connect to PC and update. Restore it to when it worked, or reset the tablet but back up all your apps first. If not broken should work.

did you replace the glass or the digitizer. You may have damaged the digitiser when you broke the screen or while replacing the glass.

Contact the supplier for support, you should have a warranty for at least a year on the divice. You may need to proveide proof of purchase for service through a retailer.
