Hi! To change the language back to English on your Zeepad tablet, try the following: 1) Tap the Settings icon (in some versions, it is a square icon with blue lines, in others, it looks like a small gear). 2) Scroll up and tap the "Language & input" icon (a square icon with the A letter). 3) Now, tap the "Language" selection (the topmost one) 4) Tap on "English (your country)" and then tap the arrow to go back. I think you should return to manufacturer , cause if the zeepad came that way it's their problem

If a factory reset is required. Press and hold both Volume buttons and the Power button simultaneously; an Android logo with an exclamation mark should appear. Press both Volume buttons at the same time to open Recovery Mode and use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate.

I will give you the instructions to do a hard reset for the tablet. Once you do this, you will lose all the data on it and will be just like you bought it. The process is listed below. Press and hold both Volume buttons and the Power button simultaneously. An Android logo with an exclamation mark should appear. Press both Volume buttons at the same time to open Recovery Mode and use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate. Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "Yes" from the menu and press the Power button again.
